4.1 Offer & Acceptance
Any offers made by Mosaic Master are non-binding. An order submitted by the buyer becomes binding only once Mosaic Master provides a signed order confirmation. The materials and quantities outlined in this confirmation will be the definitive reference for the transaction. No cancellations or modifications will be accepted after four days from the confirmation date.
4.2 Prices
Prices for Mosaic Master products are indicated in the order confirmation and are final unless stated otherwise.
4.3 Packing of Material
Standard packaging is included in the sale price, consisting of specialized wooden pallets. If alternative packaging is required, it will be priced separately. Packaging is not guaranteed to be waterproof.
4.4 Delivery Conditions
Delivery dates are not considered absolute unless otherwise specified in writing. Delivery delays do not entitle the buyer to claim damages or terminate the contract. Mosaic Master is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen events or force majeure circumstances, such as war, industrial strikes, or natural disasters.
4.5 Payment Conditions
All payments must be made by the terms specified in the order confirmation or invoice. Mosaic Master reserves the right to demand advance payment or adjust payment terms at its discretion.
4.6 Default or Delayed Payment
In the event of late payment, Mosaic Master reserves the right to impose default interest and recover legal costs. Furthermore, the company may suspend or cancel any pending orders and demand immediate payment of all outstanding sums.
4.7 Return of Goods
Goods may not be returned without prior written authorization. Requests for returns must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the materials, and goods must be returned in their original packaging. Any customized or bespoke items are non-returnable.
4.8 Responsibilities for Laying of Materials
Mosaic Master does not provide installation services and is not liable for defects arising from the laying process.
4.9 Complaints
Complaints may be directed to our support team at support@mosaic-master.com. While we cannot guarantee a resolution, each case will be reviewed individually.
4.10 Legalities
Mosaic Master is not liable for any health or safety concerns once the item has been delivered and accepted by the buyer.
4.11 Patents, Trademarks, and Software
Mosaic Master retains exclusive rights to its intellectual property, including logos, trademarks, and software. The buyer is prohibited from altering or removing any branding or intellectual property identifiers without written authorization from Mosaic Master.
